If you cannot find it on our website, tell us what you are looking for and we will contact you when it becomes available. If you have already found your match, you can reserve it with a refundable €250 deposit.

At Cardoen, “refurbished” means every pre-owned car is carefully checked and reconditioned when needed. We inspect both technical and visual aspects, replacing or repairing any part that does not meet our quality standards. A refurbished car has already had a previous owner, but choosing one helps reduce your environmental footprint. Small imperfections may exist, yet you can drive confidently knowing your car is in excellent condition.

Your car’s value depends on several factors including brand, model, age and mileage. Each car is evaluated individually. If your car is older but still in good condition, you can receive a €1,000 recycling bonus. If it no longer runs, you will still receive €500 (VAT included, excluding pickup costs). At Cardoen, we make sure you always receive a fair and transparent value for your car. If you get a better offer elsewhere, let us know.

Yes, you can. Cardoen offers a range of accessories such as tinted windows, a tow bar or a leather interior. These are installed professionally before delivery. Please note that adding accessories may slightly affect the delivery time, especially for quick-availability cars within 48h. Your advisor will be happy to explain the options and expected timing.
